I think he's just wearing one that suits him whether it's Christian or Jewish. Wouldn't surprise if he tries a stab at being either a Muslim, Mormon, or even a Buddhist.

Daggy and Christainity are a bit of an oxymoron.

Now, I bet Daggy has no idea what an oxymoron is.

Anyway, Daggy and Christianity do no go together and I find it disturbing that he uses faith--whether Jewish or Christian--to simply promote himself whever he pleases.

Either he is a believer or he isn't. He needs to make up his mind.

I think that makes me one of the few to have heard of Nova. About six years ago I was emailed and phoned by a neo pro in the area. He was one of t he regulars in Nova at the time and very involved with christian SF. Needless to say, I was not pleased.

The old joke about the Chevy Nova was that "no va" means "doesn't go." Perhaps this applies to the magazine as well?

As for Mikkake's post at SL, it amazed me how quickly it turned into a debate about pizza. I rather like St. Louis style pizza, but it just seems wrong to cut it into squares, rather than wedges. I'll have to go with thin, crispy crust, topped with any combination of pepperoni, sausage, and mushrooms.

I recall a place on 2nd Ave., around 53rd or 54th that served what they called a "smog." Despite being topped with the works, and requiring a knife and fork to eat, the crust was still thin and crispy. Co-workers in business suits lined up down the block around lunchtime, chatting with each other, while they waited for a table. There was no take-out. I wonder if it's still there.
