Thanks to a tip from Michele, on her blog, the Newark Star-Ledger ran an article on Barbara Bauer. By now, I think we all know about the woman and her unscrupulous business practices with her literary “agency.” The comments are actually more interesting than the article. The upshot is that her case has a court date tomorrow. I predict it’ll be dismissed.

I hope the judge not only dismisses the case, but reads her out for being a slime ball

As it should have been. Thanks for the news on that, Michele. The more of these that get dismissed, the more her lawyers will take a toll on her wallet, and the less likely future ones are to proceed.
